Frequently asked questions

Clear guidelines protect your brand and help our team deliver consistent, high-impact results. Find answers to common questions regarding appointments, intellectual property, payments, and collaborative responsibilities.

What happens if a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment or service?

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment or consultation free of charge by notifying TECAANAH at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to applicable charges or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the service and the terms agreed with the client.

For ongoing or project-based social media services, cancellation will be governed by the applicable service agreement. Any work already completed or non-refundable costs incurred before cancellation remain payable.

What are your rules for online payments, deposits, and refunds?

Payments for digital products, consultations, and social media management packages must be made according to the payment terms agreed with the client before the service begins. Payment may be made in full or through an approved installment or payment plan, where available.

Where a deposit or advance payment is required, its amount and refundability will be determined by the applicable service agreement. Refunds, where approved, will be processed in accordance with agreed terms and payment procedures. Any work already completed, services provided, or costs incurred may be factored into the refundable amount.

Who owns finished social media designs, assets, and managed accounts?

Clients retain complete ownership of all materials, trademarks, logos, and assets provided to TECAANAH. Subject to full payment of agreed fees, clients own the final designs, content, and deliverables specifically created for them, unless stated otherwise in the service agreement.

TECAANAH retains ownership of pre-existing templates, design systems, processes, tools, and proprietary software. Social media accounts created or managed on behalf of clients remain under client ownership and control, with TECAANAH retaining administrative access during active service engagements.

What is expected from clients during a social media project?

Clients are expected to provide accurate information, necessary brand content, and platform access in a timely manner. Prompt reviews, approvals, and constructive feedback help keep your campaigns and deliverables on schedule.

Delays in providing required access or feedback may directly impact delivery schedules. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content and account access provided can lawfully be utilized for the agreed services.
